Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the sales of products made on the life-battery.com website. Any order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by LIFE (Lithium Innovation French Engineering) to its customers, hereinafter “the customer”.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only and have no contractual value. Our products are designed and assembled in France.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges specified before the order is confirmed. The price applied is the one in force at the time the order is recorded. LIFE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order is the only one applicable to the customer.

4. Order

The customer confirms their order after checking the contents of their basket. The sale is deemed final once payment has been confirmed. LIFE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay or in several installments via Alma. Transactions are secured by our payment providers. Banking details are not stored on our servers. The order is only shipped after actual receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within France and, depending on the case, internationally. Indicative timeframes and terms are set out on the Shipping page. The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer at the moment the parcel is handed over. In the event of a damaged parcel, the customer must record reservations with the carrier and inform LIFE as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the individual customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and undamaged. Return costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

8. Legal warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by law. In the event of non-conformity or a defect, the customer may contact us to obtain the repair, replacement or refund of the product concerned. 9. Liability

Products must be used in accordance with the usage and charging recommendations provided. LIFE cannot be held liable in the event of improper use, modification of the product or damage resulting from failure to observe safety instructions.

10. Personal data

The information collected when placing an order is necessary for its processing and is intended for LIFE. In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion of the data concerning them. To find out more, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator or bring the matter before the competent courts.
