Dispatch of your order

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of payment being received, from France. Delivery is handled by a carrier with online tracking: a tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Our batteries are carefully packed in suitable boxes to ensure optimal protection during transport. We recommend grouping your items into a single order: two orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Returns
