Terms of Use

These general terms govern the use of the life-battery.com website and the sales made through it. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted them.

1. Products and prices

Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included; the price applied is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.

2. Order and payment

Payment is made by bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay or in several installments via Alma. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.

3. Delivery

Timeframes and terms are set out on the Shipping page.

4. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
